Life at The INUA Collection

We are #PassionateAboutPeople and value all our colleagues across the Collection. We endeavour to make our workplace a place of positivity, security, and community. To allow our hotels to stay connected daily as the #inuafamily, we use our internal communications app – iNUA Social. This app enables users to share events and news from individual hotels. We also run many fun challenges and competitions with exciting prizes. We also have frequent appreciation days such as #thankyouthursday, where we celebrate and recognise our wonderful colleagues.
