Christian Schmelter – Group Director of Sales
A Kildare native, with German Heritage, Christian has over three decades worth of experience working in the hospitality industry. Christian joined the iNUA Hotel Collection in October 2020, after 6 years as Group Director of Sales with the TIFCO Hotel Group.
Christian’s primary role is in diversifying the corporate, meeting, and events business, leading a team of 12 Sales Directors and 2 business development managers in actively prospecting and qualifying new business throughout the group. Christian also leads The iNUA Hotel Collection cross-selling programme, and the group’s sales strategy covering corporate, MICE, Golf and Luxury Sales.

Mark Moynihan – Group Business Development Manager
A Cork native, Mark has over a decade worth of experience working in the hospitality industry, from Sales Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa to Director of Association Sales at Radisson, Ireland. Working in a multi-property and multiple-market environment, Mark is the key contact for our Irish Tourism Partners.
Mark’s experience in relationship management (both internal and external stakeholders), positions him to implement a successful sales strategy across the iNUA Hotel Collection. Mark has an impressive skillset, and his key professional strengths include strategic MICE sales strategies, client event management and business development.
