At every intervention and contact with the staff in The Radisson Sligo we were overwhelmed by the friendliness, courtesy, skill and professionalism that we experienced. We received ongoing reassurance about the level of expertise that we would encounter in relation to our event – Irish Cruise Club Conference – and this was only surpassed by the level of service, professional courtesy and hospitality that was actually shown to all of our members and guests during our event.
The quality of the food and service was superb all the way through and one of our highest critics, a hotel proprietor in his own right, stated that the fish option “was brave” but excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone wishing to hold an event or wanting to stay in the general area and from comments of many of our members we are sure they will be returning to enjoy your hotel and its facilities in the future!

Thank you, we all had a lovely time. The Hotel certainly lived up to our expectations, it was beautiful. I did see an office close to us, I was going to ask if it was yours, would have been nice to meet you.
Our feedback is all positive. From our scones and coffee ready for us to arrive, the facilities for the conference room, right through to our main meal that evening, it was all delicious.
Our rooms were excellent, I just wish I had off had more time to enjoy the pool etc. That was the boss’s fault for arranging a Saturday morning meeting.
I’m hoping to bring my own family over Christmas for an overnight stay, it was great, just an hour away, so I may see you soon.

I booked several bedrooms and a conference room for a company Board meeting. Not only were the facilities terrific, the people were even better!! From the second I arrived, Marina (front desk) went out of her way to ensure we had everything we required. Emer (meeting facilities) was outstanding and went above and beyond to rapidly assist us whenever needed. Debbie (front desk) was part of the evening crew and always greeted our team with a tremendous smile and incredible efficiency when asked for assistance. When you couple this type of service with a great facility and only a short drive to Shannon Airport (LOVE Shannon Airport – really easy in / out!!), this is the perfect place for us to have all of our future Board meetings!

We have had the great pleasure of working with their Radisson brand in both Sligo and Athlone and the Fairways Hotel in Dundalk.
The teams in all of these properties have delivered superb support for all our events. Every little detail or request was carried out in a seamless and professional manner. Any assistance that could possibly be offered was offered without hesitation. The teams take a real problem solving approach to their working and are solution focussed.

Hi all, just a quick message to say that the Fairways, not surprisingly of course, turned out to be a fantastic venue for the evening part of our Student Chef of the Year event, which was celebrating it’s 25th Anniversary yesterday.
A massive thanks to all the staff there (nothing was too much of an ask), the professionalism, the food, the rooms, everything was excellent.
We had 9 Catering Colleges represented, 9 students (competitors), who all had a ‘helper’ on the day, their lecturers, and other representatives from the colleges. This years hosts was Dundalk IT. We also had Marketing Personnel present (from UK and Ireland), Alex Hall who manages the UKI Culinary Team, our Trends/Insights person (travelled from the UK), Irish Country Lead and of course Audrey our Executive Chef in Ireland.
