NIAMH WALSH APPOINTED AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD OF INUA HOSPITALITY PLC

Irish Hotel Group iNUA Hospitality PLC is delighted to announce the appointment of Niamh Walsh as a non-executive Director to its board.

A native of County Donegal, Niamh grew up in the family owned Carrigart Hotel, after her studies in NUIG where she achieved Bachelor of Commerce degree, Niamh returned to her family business where she held multiple roles in the business before changing lanes with a role in Business Development in a manufacturing company.

In 2006 Niamh progressed into the property industry taking on the role of Chartered Surveyor in the Overseas Residential, Retail and Valuation Department of Lisney Real Estate where she worked for 8 years, during this time Niamh completed a Masters in Real Estate. In 2014, Niamh joined Cushman & Wakefield as Associate Director where she expertly managed real estate transactions, specialising in hotel and resort properties before starting her own business TDL Horizons, a tourism and hotel property specialists company.

With over two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, Niamh has established herself as a highly respected professional in her field.  Her deep understanding of hotel and resort sales, acquisitions, and valuations has made her a trusted advisor to numerous clients in the tourism and hospitality sectors.  Niamh’s ability to discern market trends and identify strategic opportunities, along with her knowledge of the hotel sector in Ireland, makes her a valuable addition to the board of iNua Hospitality PLC.
