Leadership Quote
Deirdre Buckley, Chief People Officer at the iNua Collection, said:
This recognition reflects the people who make our hotels what they are every day. Across every department and every stage of a career, we are committed to creating an environment where our teams feel supported, encouraged to grow and empowered to succeed. Knowing this is reflected in our colleagues’ feedback makes this achievement especially meaningful. When people feel valued at work, it naturally shapes the experience they create for our guests.”
About the Recognition
The Best Workplaces in Hospitality programme, developed by Great Place to Work® Ireland, recognises organisations that are setting the benchmark for workplace culture across Ireland’s hospitality industry.
Recognition is awarded following an independent evaluation of employee feedback, measuring trust, leadership, inclusion, wellbeing, professional development and overall workplace experience. To qualify, organisations must first achieve Great Place to Work-Certified status and operate within Ireland’s hotel sector.

Why Workplace Culture Matters
Hospitality is built on people. Creating an environment where employees feel supported, respected and able to develop their careers benefits both teams and guests. The iNua Collection continues to invest in learning, leadership development and opportunities for career progression across its portfolio of hotels, helping employees build long-term careers within the organisation.
