Sean O’Driscoll – Chief Executive Officer - The iNUA Collection

Sean O’Driscoll is Chief Executive Officer of The iNUA Collection, with overall responsibility for the strategy, growth, and performance of The iNUA Collection hotels. Sean is also a director of iNUA Partnership, the hotels’ management platform.

Sean initially joined iNUA in 2015, and was appointed Group General Manager in 2016, followed by Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of iNUA Hospitality PLC in February 2018. His expertise was instrumental to The iNUA Collection’s exponential growth and success during that period, which saw the launch of its management platform, the integration of five new acquisitions, as well as the creation of synergies and sustainable growth across all hotels.

An experienced hotelier, Sean previously served as General Manager for over ten years in some of Ireland’s most prestigious hotels, including the 5-star Muckross Park Hotel, in addition to international experience within The Intercontinental Group.

His passion for hospitality has seen him hold roles including Vice President of the Irish Hotel Federation for 2019, twice Chairman of the IHF's Kerry branch, board member of County Kerry Tourism, and National President of the worldwide tourism organisation SKAL.

Sean holds an honours Bachelor of Arts in Hotel & Catering Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.

Paul Fitzgerald – Chief Executive Officer - Cliste Hospitality

As Chief Executive Officer of iNUA Partnership, Paul oversees the group’s strategic direction, most notably its investment, acquisition and technology roadmaps. In addition he takes personal ownership of stakeholder management across financial institutions, investors, and client relations. Paul is also a director of iNUA Hospitality PLC.


Paul originally joined iNUA as Chief Financial Officer, in 2017, during which time he drove the iNua Group expansion, culminating in the formation of iNUA Hospitality PLC in June 2018, and thereafter, the sustainable growth of the hotels within the PLC, and the build out of the group’s management platform, iNUA Partnership.


Over the course of his 20-year career, Paul has a proven track record of achievement across Finance, IT, Operations and Trading Functions in a variety of industries. Prior to iNUA, Paul held senior roles, including Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Finance, IT, Operations and Buying. He has a passion for lean management and has achieved a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Cork, a Higher Diploma in Leadership, and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland, having qualified with PWC.

Chris Austin – Group Director of Operations

Chris is responsible for group product development and hotel capital investment, in addition to group operational standards, procedures & training, health & safety, and transitioning new acquisitions into The iNUA Collection. Chris is also a member of the Board of Directors of iNUA Hospitality PLC.

Chris' wealth of hospitality experience includes a seven year spell as Regional Operations Manager at Tifco Hotel Group. Prior to this, Chris worked as Director of Operations at both The Shelbourne and Druids Glen Resort. He has also held management roles in Ashford Castle, The Emirates Towers Dubai and The Sandy Lane Hotel Barbados.

iNUA Collection Brenda Murphy

Brenda Murphy – Group Director | Sales & Marketing

A consummate sales and marketing professional with over 25 years’ experience working in the hospitality industry, as Group Director of Sales and Marketing, Brenda oversees the sales and marketing strategy and room revenue strategy for all the hotels within the iNua group.

A Cork native, Brenda joined iNua Collection in 2018 from 5-star Castlemartyr Resort in East Cork where she had been Director of Sales and Marketing for four years. Prior to that she spent five years with Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Galway, as Director of Sales and Marketing, after many years working in hotel management in London and Dublin.

Brenda’s role includes setting out a five-year vision for each iNua Collection property from a growth perspective with the group GM and individual hotel GM,  reviewing acquisition opportunities from a market perspective, as well as advising and working with the senior team to grow existing markets while developing new markets. Working with teams and individual hotels within the iNua Collection, Brenda ensures business marketing strategy is constantly evolving to keep pace and exceed competitors, implements yield management systems across the group and oversees the development and rolling out of relevant PR strategies.

Eugene Harrington – Head of Internal Audit

Experienced Financial Controller with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality
industry for over 17 years Skilled in Business Planning, Internal Audit, Operations
Management, Microsoft Excel, and Risk Management. Strong finance professional with a
Qualified CPA focused in Accountancy from Cork Institute of Technology.

Prior to Eugene’s appointment at The iNua Collection, Eugene held the role of Financial
Controller at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Cork for over 10 years plus over 7 years with the ILS
Group and Kevin O’Leary Motor Group.

Eugene provides the leadership required in transitioning new acquisitions into the iNua Collection –
enabling improved financial performance both directly to property and through group

Deirdre Buckley – Group HR Director

Deirdre is a qualified professional in Human Resources, with over 16 years’ experience in the Hospitality and Retail Industries, incorporating all generalist HR functions in Senior Management roles. She has successfully led programmes in high performance - high trust workplace cultures and service excellence and is passionate about the role of people as the most important component in the hospitality business.

Deirdre holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel & Catering Management from GMIT and a Diploma in Education in Training & Education from NUIG and is an active member of the CIPD association. Prior to joining iNua Hospitality Plc, Deirdre spent 8 years in Retail and Wholesale Distribution HR, working for a Super Valu Retailer and the Barry Group, with a further 16-years in hospitality HR and operations for strong hotel brands and iconic names including Blarney Park Hotel, the Griffin Group, Hyatt, Choice Hotels and the Dalata Group.

Deirdre’s self-confessed hobbies are travel, food and wine so believes she has achieved the perfect work-life balance!

Michael Cullen – Group Financial Controller

An experienced and accomplished financial professional with a considerable track record in the Irish food & beverage and hospitality industries, Michael joined The iNUA Collection team in 2020 as Group Financial Controller.


Michael joined the iNUA team from Entertainment Enterprises, the Irish company operating several well-known brands including Starbucks, Hard Rock Café and TGI Friday’s. Prior to this, he held the role of Finance Director at Sprout & Co., the Dublin-based start-up specialising in healthy, seasonal produce in a fast-food environment. His solid track record also includes management roles in Bewley's, including Head of Finance and Group Internal Auditor, as well as senior positions in KPMG Dublin and Macquarie Bank in Sydney.

A graduate of UCD with a BA (Hons) in History and Politics, Michael also completed a Professional Diploma in Accounting from DCU, and thereafter graduated from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
