Trainee Manager Development Programme
At The iNUA Collection we are passionate about supporting talent. Through our Trainee Manager Development Programme in partnership with the MTU Hospitality Campus, we equip our teams with the skills and expertise needed to become tomorrow’s dynamic leaders of hospitality. Upon graduation you will receive a Level 7 Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Management.
- 3-year mentorship with one of our Senior Leadership Team
- Placement opportunity within our support function team
- Support Study Groups and Quarterly Meetings to review progress together with established leaders and your fellow learners

Commis Chef Programme
Over a two year period, our Commis Chef programme will support you in enhancing your skills and growing your career. College based learning combined with on the job training within our Hotels. Upon graduation you will receive a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Professional Cookery.
