Noel 01

Noel Creedon - Chief Executive Officer

Noel Creedon, CEO is a highly experienced financial services executive with a proven track record of achievement.

He has worked for International Financial PLC’s and privately-owned advisory firms. He has held senior management roles in Bank of Scotland and Halifax in the UK, as well as establishing a regional head office in the Middle East for a large UK insurer. He has an in-depth knowledge of the Irish Financial Services Landscape including brokerage and Private Client businesses.

In 2012, Noel setup iNua Partnership as an expert partner in connecting available capital and strong investment opportunities in different sectors of industry. With the help of a team of dedicated hotel management professionals, Noel’s first move was to take advantage of the future upside in the Irish hotel sector by launching iNua Hospitality.

iNua Hospitality have successfully grown a portfolio of performing assets over the past six years and with increased profitability across the group, remain focused on making further strategic investments. With a solid platform in place, iNua Hospitality now operates its hotels as a collection, bringing operational efficiency and synergies to drive our Hotel Group’s business. Noel and the iNua team plan to further grow its portfolio over the next 5 years and cement their position as Ireland’s leading regional Hotel Group.

Paul Fitzgerald – Chief Financial Officer

Paul is a highly experienced executive with a proven track record of achievement during the
course of a 20-year career.

During this time he has held a variety of Senior roles across Finance, IT, Operations and Trading
Functions in various industries most recently the FMCG Sector. Paul holds a BComm from University College Cork and qualified as a chartered accountant with PWC with extensive exposure, including industry based secondments, across a range of sectors in both Ireland and the UK during his time there. Such sectoral exposures included Healthcare, FMCG, Pharma,
Hospitality and Financial Services.

He has particular competencies in commercial insight/analysis, strategy formulation and project
management. He has had major exposure to complex sales and channel strategies, market segmentation analysis and vertical industries such as Retail, Wholesale and FMCG. He is a leader who has demonstrated an ability to build a team, set goals, measure outcomes and deliver results. Paul has a proven ability to develop strategic level relationships with customers, partners, stakeholders and suppliers and enjoys a challenging entrepreneurial environment.

Sean 01

Sean O’Driscoll – Chief Operating Officer

Sean O’Driscoll was General Manager of the 5-Star Muckross Park Hotel for over 6 years. Having
studied Hotel & Catering Management in Galway Institute of Technology, Sean worked with The
Intercontinental Hotel Group in Geneva, before coming back to Ireland to work as General
Manager in a number of leading Irish hotels, including Great Southern Hotel Group (Dublin,
Galway & Parknasilla) & The Brehon.

Sean has served as Chairman of the Kerry Branch of the Hotel Federation for two terms & was a member of the County Tourism board for 4 years, chairing the county marketing committee. He was also elected National President of SKAL International Republic of Ireland (International Association of Travel & Tourism Professionals) at the National Convention in Cork in March 2015.

As part of iNua Hospitality senior management team, Sean reports directly to Noel Creedon on
behalf of the board and advises iNua in reviewing acquisition opportunities, transitioning of new
properties into the portfolio and overseeing all operational aspects of iNua’s hotels to ensure
best practice and optimum performance.

Brenda Murphy – Group Director | Sales & Marketing

A Cork native, Brenda joins the iNua Collection with over 25 years’ experience working in the
hospitality industry, from the 5-star Castlemartyr Resort in East Cork where she held the role of
Director of Sales & Marketing since 2014.

Brenda began her career in hospitality in 1990 with Radisson Edwardian Hotels, London where
she gained a wealth of experience working across a variety of roles. Brenda later returned home
to Ireland where she took up the position of Events Manager at The Burlington Hotel and spent
8 years as part of the Radisson Blu’s Management team, which included positions as Director of
Sales & Marketing at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Galway and at the Radisson Blu St. Helen's
Hotel, Dublin. Throughout her career to date, Brenda has developed an impressive skillset and
key professional strengths that include strategic marketing & sales, revenue management, event
management, business development, budgeting and market research.

Eugene 01

Eugene Harrington – Group Financial Controller

Experienced Financial Controller with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality
industry for over 17 years Skilled in Business Planning, Internal Audit, Operations
Management, Microsoft Excel, and Risk Management. Strong finance professional with a
Qualified CPA focused in Accountancy from Cork Institute of Technology.

Prior to Eugene’s appointment at The iNua Collection, Eugene held the role of Financial
Controller at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Cork for over 10 years plus over 7 years with the ILS
Group and Kevin O’Leary Motor Group.

Eugene provides the leadership required in transitioning new acquisitions into the group –
enabling improved financial performance both directly to property and through group
opportunities.

Dee 01

Deirdre Buckley – Group HR Director

Deirdre is a qualified professional in Human Resources, with over 16 years’ experience in
the Hospitality and Retail Industries, incorporating all generalist HR functions in Senior
Management roles. She has successfully led programmes in high performance - high trust
workplace cultures and service excellence and is passionate about the role of people as
the most important component in the hospitality business.

Deirdre holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel & Catering Management from GMIT and a
Diploma in Education in Training & Education from NUIG and is an active member of the
CIPD association. Prior to joining iNua Hospitality Plc, Deirdre spent 8 years in Retail and
Wholesale Distribution HR, working for a Super Valu Retailer and the Barry Group, with a
further 16-years in hospitality HR and operations for strong hotel brands and iconic names
including Blarney Park Hotel, the Griffin Group, Hyatt, Choice Hotels and the Dalata Group.

Deirdre’s self-confessed hobbies are travel, food and wine so believes she has achieved the
perfect work-life balance!

Joanna 01

Joanna Hannick – Group Sales & Marketing Manager

Joanna has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 year’s & holds a wealth of hotel
experience in both operational and sales & marketing management.

Through-out her career she has worked in a wide variety of 4 & 5 star establishments in
Ireland, Switzerland and on luxury cruise ships.

In 2006 she moved from hotel operations to the sales and marketing department, where
she has carved a career in a range of Ireland’s top hotels & resorts and has a proven track
record in business development, strategic planning, digital marketing, PR & revenue
management.

Joanna has previously held senior positions in The Hodson Bay Hotel Group, Waterford
Castle Hotel & Golf Resort, Lyrath Estate Hotel, and is a graduate of GMIT Hotel & Catering
Management.

Nicole 02

Nicole Canty – Office Operations Manager

Nicole has been a team member of The iNua Collection for almost 3 years. In 2012, Nicole
moved back to Cork to work for one of the world’s largest investment companies, Bank of
New York Mellon. She brings financial administrative experience having worked in a fast
pace environment for and on behalf of top international clients. Nicole now works closely
with Noel Creedon and the Board of Directors as well as running the day to day office
duties.

Nicole graduated from Cork Institute of Technology in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in
Business Studies and went on to work for Allied Irish Bank in Dublin in the credit control
department.

Mark Moynihan

Mark Moynihan – Group Business Development Manager

A Cork native, Mark joins iNUA Hospitality with over 13 years’ experience working in the hospitality industry, from Sales Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa to Director of Association Sales at Radisson, Ireland.

Mark has learned a lot about relationship management (both internal and external stakeholders). This positions him very well to implement a successful sales strategy across the iNUA Hotel Collection. Working in a multi property and multiple market environment has allowed Mark the opportunity to develop into a key contact for our Irish Tourism Partners.

Throughout his career to date, Mark has developed an impressive skillset and key professional strengths that include strategic MICE sales strategies, client event management and business development.
